I would like to get some of your opinion on the 300mm f/4 non IS and the 300mm f/4 with IS. I was planning on ordering the 300 with IS very soon, but I am not a 100% sure that it is as sharp as the 300mm f/4 non IS lens. I have used the 300mm f/4 non IS and the images are as sharp as a tack and after reading this thread: http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=37622 I am leaning towards the 300mm non IS. What do you think?
