I can't decide why but it just doesn't work for me. Sorry not to be more help. Incidentally if you do decide you like it, you should clone out that building on the right. BB

1. the size of the pic (450kb) is way too big. Not everyone will be patient enough. Resize so that it will be between 50-100Kb
2. The stairway to haven is blocked. Suggestions to improve:
- let the end of the stairway be the sky
- clone the right with trees as well

I definently agree with henkbos on having trees to the right too.
But maybe this just needs a little change of angle to make it more dynamic. Its very "dead" like this, very "two dimentional".
