I stopped by a garage sale and picked up these old cameras and flash thinking someone here might want them.
1) Achiever 1850STW Flash w/wide angle diffuser and 3 color filters
2) Jiffy Kodak six-20 camera
3) Kodak Instamatic 104
4) Kodak Tele-Ektra 2
5) Kodak Tele-Instamatic 608
6) Kodak S300MD
I know some of you guys and gals are collecters, so I thought it would be a good thing to get em.

Are any of these cameras worth anything?
What about the flash?
I was thinking of keeping the flash for off camera work.

Old cameras are not worth very much at the moment. There are simply too many of them around.
I saw an old 120 press camera today in a junk shop - it still had a good magnesium flash bulb in place - one of the big ones about 2 inches in diameter. Now they're very rare!

This should be moved to Marketplace sometime. Do you want me to?

Hmm. I was in Ennis some 10 years ago. I never knew I was on top of a flashbulb factory!

Some of the old cameras are fun -- I shoot with an old Kodak Duaflex TLR every now and then. If you're looking for ones that may be worth something (even just a little bit), you need to look for folding cameras, rangefinders, graphic press cameras, wooden view cameras (in good condition), subminiature cameras, and some twin lens reflex cameras.

I saw an old Rolleiflex. It was in fantastic condition but for the viewfinder lens which had been pushed in. It was going for a song. If I felt confident about fixing it then I'd have paid the $75 for it!

I wasnt really tryin to make lots of cash from them, I just saw them at a garage sale an decided to get em just in case someone here wanted them. If not I will keep em (though I dont collect cameras).

I think I will use the flash ;)
Nah I dont want it moved to market place (no feelers is the rule). As I said I didnt expect to make a lot of cash for these things, I just figured maybe someone on the forum wanted em'. Figured I could make back my money and make a collecter happy (if in fact these were worth collecting)

I do want a nice 35mm, but old camera gear isnt my thing. I collect enough other stuff. I have owned at least 5 guitars and cant play one note  ( Im tryin to sell my ovation custom deluxe now).
Thanks for all your replies. Maybe I will just have monthly contest and give the stuff away if nobody wants to buy it, hell I guess they wouldnt want it then either. So I guess it goes to the basement :(
