Wonder if anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong.
I have an Epson2200 printer and printing from Photoshops Elements2.
I have made several prints using the full 2048 by 3072 pixel file from my 10D on Super B paper using 180 ppi which seems to be the default value in Photoshops Elements2. In this case the prints are approximately 11.3 inches by 17.1 inches and have had no problems, gull picture and centered.
Since I am printing on Super B paper which is 13 by 19 I figured I could enlarge things a bit. I resized the file keeping 180 ppi but enlargening the picture to 12.5 inches by 18.75 inches. The new file viewed in PSE2 is this size.
Then for printing, I selected the Centered option and set up the other properties for printing. The printing was in Portrait mode. So with 12.5 inches dimension I should have a 1/4 inch on each side which I did. Problem was in vertical direction. Printed only 17.75 inch size and not 18.75 inche and it did this by clipping one inch off bottom of photo.
Must be some way to get full 18.75 inches to print and preferrably to be centered. Is there some option I need to go to?
Thanks for any help.

In the paper secton of the printer driver next to Centered, check off Maximum. You will get a pop up warning you that some of your picture might get cut off. Check OK.

Always re-size your image in Photoshop to match the paper you are printing on. Making the think about "sizing to fit" never seems to work well.

Also put 300 in place of the default 180 and your pics will look much better.

You do not need to resize for the Epson 2200. You just set the size for the crop you want and the printer driver takes care of it.
