Hot LCD

Am a newbie. The G2 LCD becomes warm with just 2-3mts of use. Is this expected & normal?

Funny you asked this. I've had my g2 for over a half a year and I just noticed the lcd gets hot. I think it is normal. I have a 1gigabyte IBM Microdrive so you can imagine how long I leave it on while I am shooting. After all I can get over 500 shots in the highest resolution and best compression. The camera will be just fine I believe as I have used it for very long periods of time literally shooting over a hundred shots in one continuous session. No worries. Have fun with your new toy.
