I was stuck inside last night with nothing to do so i started messing with photoshop.
My daughter thinks this is cool but her mum is less than impressed.
What do you think?

Fantastic. I really like it. I'd appreciate reading about your technique and where you got the overlay images.

good stuff... i'll tell you from my experience in doing mixed media stuff is that i personally just experimetned with diff techniques without stuff like the "photoshop" secrets but i'm pretty sure that "photoshop secrets" has great tips and tricks.
back to you photo, it looks bland, like u just used "mulitply" on your top layer and just played with the eyes a bit. Try playing with contrast and brightness and diff colors also, make as many layers as you want and just experiment.
oh lol its called photoshoptopsecret.com or osmthing like that
