Hi all,

Another one from my trip to Lamington National Park.
My first outing using the Sigma 105mm on birds and I have just been blown away by the quality of the shots.

Still learning though - the DOf on this one is just a bit too shallow I believe.

lovely shot, loves the colours. I quiet like the DOF, really brings the focus to his face and the colours in it.

A very nice shot with beautiful colours, the eye is in focus which is the mein thing.

Beautiful portrait, wonderful rich colours and feather detail. I like the shallow DOF as it really concentrates the viewer's eye on the head of the bird. Nice catchlight...good work.

Ken nice colours in this shot. I agree with you about the DOF. I'd at least like to see the Ceres in focus.
