I found the previous thread that provided the link to a Canon Paper on recommended CF Settings for shooting sports. Has anyone found something similar for the Mark III? Thanks...

Here are my settings, just load onto your CF card and then load into the camera (see page 183 of the manual for instructions).

I would recommend backing up your current settings prior to loading this file.
