Index Page Styles Problem

I recently re-installed EE after stange things started to happen. Now i have a problem on my index page.

I dont want a list like it is at the moment, i wont it split into rows of 3 so i would have 3 then underneath another 3 exhibitions.

What have i done wrong or what settings need adjusting?
