Do you think that Tony (bassist) got those black eyes from all those years of Gwen going through her hormonal teens and pounding on him?
MAN! Paris wears too much makeup!

paris is possibly one of the ugliest individuals I have ever had the displeasure of working against/with, inside and out.

From what I've seen, Tony does seem like a great guy. I was just goofing on him. I think he's very talented to. Wish they were still making music. I'm kind of over the Gwen solo gig. She's getting older, but her music is getting younger. It's catchy, but lacks in substance. Which leads me to Paris... 'nough said.

No Doubt is currently working on a new album and is also planning to tour in the near future! So stoked! Supposedly the new album is alot like their older material...

70-200 2.8
i think i like that lens more than my 500f4 right now! it's certainly making me more money at this juncture.

I bet that my opinion differs from some of you:
Paris is harmless, I like her style (or lack of)... she reminds my of one of my all time favorite girl friends... Different personalities, almost identical looks... I find her antics amusing, and occasionally even entertaining...
Goofy as she often is...she does play to the cameras, has a good ol' time, all of the time...and makes money while doing so... It's a very simple way for her to earn a living...and while many envy her methods...as long as she doesn't hurt anyone, it's OK with me...:p
Scary Spice is a real sharp cookie... She's always had the "Bod", and is one sexy "Momma". :D
The 70-200mm f2.8L IS is an awesome lens... I hate to compare any other lens performance to it...

John, I beg to differ...
These were taken by my buddy Xposure @ X17 a few hours after I shot her on the red carpet. What kind of message is she sending to the younger generation who look up to her for being a "Star"?

and here she is trying to climb the fence to get into her parents house!

You got me on this one hooookup... her regular late nite clubbing routine seems to be catching up with her... Not the most flattering of scenes...
Here, on the east coast we don't get to see your local news broadcasts... Our glimpse of nightlife, (on let say Santa Monica Blvd.,) is at best limited to the 30 minute nightly "showbiz", ET, access hollywood, etc., features...
I lived in LA and in Northern CA for over 5 yrs. and find that what happens west of the Mississippi usually stays on the western side of the states...
I'd have to take a ride to Manhattan (80 miles) for some similar night life... So your pictures are great to see...
Maybe Paris could concentrate more on her fashion line designs... Unfortunately, the big corporate resort/hotel industry is very competative...top shelf, executive jobs are filled by highly trained/educated specialists... I feel that she's somewhat shut out of her family business... She could do promotional appearances at major resort and travel trade shows... but those can become a boring routine too.
I can only wish she keep an even keel, drink less and hang out with some more successful talent...

Interesting that you ask... I specialized in National and Regional Resort Marketing and Special Promotions... My contracts were exclusive to specific resort ownerships... I retired recently. I know Paris is hot... She's still young and has a bright future ahead of her...

John, it's really sad to see some of the most talented people in Hollywood waste their lives and careers away by drinking and doing drugs on a nightly basis.

Did you just say "talented?" Really? ...at what?
Hendrix? yes.
Farley? yes.

We have a similar thing here in the Poconos... Our area economy is primarily generated through year round resort and recreation business.
The night club and bar owners make big profits and the young and talented locals blow their cash and live from paycheck to paycheck.
This area is not as glamorous as Vegas... but we are known as "the honeymoon capital of the world" (mainly cause of the NYC/Phila/DC market)... and after work hours, many of the locals, resort employees and college students, fill the many local bars nightly...
Quality jobs are scarce and upper management resort and entertainment jobs are filled either by family members or highly qualified national caliber pros... 24/7 Gambling is now rolling in to PA and competition will be fierce... Crime and drugs are more prevalent and city gangs are trying to establish their turf...
It's life in the fast lane, and managing ones priorities has to be done on the fly... I wish them luck, it's not an easy routine to get out of...

It's easier to see talent in music... Acting, comedy and fashion success, usually takes a lot of time to develop and get recognition from... There is room for improvement in everyone's young careers... Maybe Paris is a late bloomer, and will develop a more appealing and recognizable style... That's often the case with many in Hollywood... She'll be around, like it or not... Only time will tell which path will be most successful for her...

It's also easier when everything is handed to you. Hers is definitely the case of it's not what you know, but who you know. With all that she has at her finger tips, anyone with a little drive could be successful. Let's not paint her to be some sort of savant now. She is the epitome of "silver spooned." But I hope you're right. It would be refreshing to see her make it on her own.

Yeah, I hear you... There have been worse, out there...
Hopefully she'll find some time to do a bit of charity work too... She once said that would be the plan... As a celebrity, a few commercials for charities wouldn't hurt...

wait......... so is your buddy paparazzo (which apparently is the singular of paparazzi)? That's pretty crazy to have a picture of her climbing her parent's fence.

Okay, back OT: The images.
First: Obviously, your camera is way off: The carpet looks blue ;)
Never liked this type of photo's, because IMO they're only interesting because of who's depicted, and I'm not interested in those people (don't know half of them).
That being said: These look okay for what they are.
Only thing I do mind is the vastly different skin tones when comparing a close up and a wide shot.

Dwight, anytime bud! Your kind is definitely welcome.
Some people aren't into this kind of photography which is understandable. From a technical and artistic point of view it can be somewhat boring and drab. But to somebody like me who has grown up in and around Hollywood and it's what I naturally gravitated towards. I love the suspense of who's going to show up at these events. Every once in awhile you get lucky and get A listers galore. Sometime it's nothing but D list and below. At the end of the day I enjoy what I do and the money can be great.
