Noise Ninja Setting

I tryed searching to see if there was a similar topic but I couldn't find one. I was wondering what settings you guys use for Noise Ninja 2? I found what makes the lights look good makes the people look soft. Thanks!

I use Neat Image, but often use the History Brush to retore details (and noise...) to certain areas. I haven't had to do that much, though.

I made custom profiles, using the author's simple instructions (shooting the monitor's screen samples, slightly blurred) and they usually don't need further adjustment.
