Raw + Jpeg question

hello all i just recently had bought a rebel XTI and will be using it this saturday and it will be my last shots with it as i have a 40D on its way to exchange my XTI for.

My question is does shooting in raw+jpeg mode hurt fps? ill be using an extreme III cf card which as far as i know has the fastest right speed but im assuming since its saving more data than just raw or just jpeg it will effect it but buy how much?

Try it and see. I suspect it'll fill the buffer more quickly so you'll get less shots in a row.
