Inserting a File Name as Text

I am attempting to create a TV slide show using SVCD and a DVD player and would like to insert / append / embed the file name as a title to the photograph.

With something in the order of 200 photos individually typing the file name / title as a text layer would make it quite a task. I can't seem to find something like in MS Word where you can insert a field into a document which will give me the file name.

Hoping some one can help.

This can be done with Javascript if you have Photoshop CS. There's a scripting guide PDF located in the Photoshop CS directory.
