The rectangular 10" x 36" stripbox arrives with the speedring and frame poles already attached - to form the box, you will simply slide and lock the poles into place, then attach your front diffusion panel (provided with the box).
Like our other foldable boxes, the stripbox has an opaque black exterior shell with a recessed front lip where the translucent white diffusion panel attaches. This recessed lip helps control lens flare and is additionally designed to hold the stripbox 40º grid (coming very soon!), allowing you to effectively control the light spread.
The inside walls are lined in bright silver to bounce the light before it is diffused through the front panel. Each stripbox additionally arrives with a second internal baffle for double-diffusion – this optional internal diffusion panel attaches inside the box to create even softer results.
