You got this shot from within a moving car? I'm impressed! Gosh, if I could get shots like this I'd be happy!

very good capture, in a very difficult situation. considering you'll need to spot the scene, then quickly take the shot while the car is still moving.
hope you are not the one was driving :P

Please tell me you use a polorizer. Please... The reason i say anything is because of how blue the sky is. Nice shot.

didn't have the polarizer with me, and i wasn't driving ;]
i only did a curve adjustment, no hue/saturation.
i took the shot with a really fast shutter speed to get the tonality in the clouds.

hmmm.. i was hoping for a little more response than this and/or a harsher critique. good thing i have photo.net for that. this community seems kinda quiet.

Composition and colours are fantastic. I too am impressed that you took it so well for a moving car. If you want critique, I will say it looks noisy, and will look better with some noise reduction eg Neat Image or something like that. If you want me to be really really picky, it seems a little empty on bottom right, but I personally still think its a fantastic shot regardless.

Ya! How the heck did you get those colors? I'll bet 90% of the people
here would like to know. Could you post EXIF, please?

i love the shot as is. but you seem to really want to hear more, so here's what i think. Like i said the original is awesome, but i think i would have liked it a little more like this. (this was a 2 sec p-shop, so of course it looks like crap, but it's enough to get the idea across.)

my big issue with this photo is the amount of noise. it's harder to see in a resampled jpg. i've reduced it but i haven't gotten rid of it so i'm currently downloading and trying various noise reduction apps/plugs.
never really thought about cropping the bottom. most of the time people tell me that i have too much sky and not enough landscape so i tried giving the landscape a third of the frame. that crop job you posted does look pretty good though so i'm going to mess around with that. maybe crop it up to where the fense is.
thanks for the input. sorry i like picky critiques. i'm flattered when people can't find anything wrong with the image but it also makes me worry because i know my photos are nothing close to being perfect.

Oops I meant bottom left. I really like the crop by IIIMik3. The sky is the most interesting part of the shot and the crop emphasises it.
