How to get signature in photo

Can some one tell me how does one get the fancy signature/copyright info on some of the photos you see on this site? Software I assume...but have not seen that as an option on any of mine. Thanks!

It is called a watermark. There are lots of threads about it and many ways to do so it might be helpful to try a search, but also to let us know what software you do have at your disposal.
