Why a 2-minute delay between reporting posts

OK, so I'm browsing the forum and I come across a post that's a copyright violation. I hit the little 'exclamation mark' icon, report it, and move on.

Then there's another one. So I hit the exclamation mark again, but the Admin Duck tells me I have to wait 2 minutes before I can report another post.

Why? I mean, don't you Admins want us to report posts that breach the forum rules? If you do, why not make it easier?

Sorry, seems that Vbulletin has all sorts of weird things under the hood. I was not aware of any limit there. I'll see if there is anything I can do about it.

Sorry, seems that Vbulletin has all sorts of weird things under the hood. That's a good thing! Well-written software will always afford the user full control over even the smallest, least significant feature. It's the ones that don't that are crap. Yes, harder to learn but in the end better.
