well most of yall know that i'm a car nut and I'm getting ready to take pro car photos.
But I need a Title. Here are a few and why I may not be able to use them.

Hot Rod Photography: it limits the work to just hot rods and classics/oldies

Automobile Photo..: just lame

Car Photo...: lame also

Hot Wheel Photo..: could have legal issues(but I'm going to talk with Mattel and see if maybe I can use it)

I'm trying to find a word that will combine all cars/trucks: Imports/Pro Street/Hot Rods/Classics/Exotics/Dragsters... you get what I mean

thanks for any help

Can't help you much with a title, but this made me remember when I was working in a gas station in high school... We called ourselves "Petroleum Products Transfer Technicians."

Good idea!

I prefer a couple of slight variations though..."Auto Imaging" or "Auto Images".

I wouldn't use a title that focuses on one type of photography. If I were you, I would use a subtitle to describe your talents. Such as,
c0ntr0lz Photography
Specializing in Automobile Photography
Race
Pro Street
Antique
Exotic

Ya, see! It doesn't confine yourself to any particular type of photography. You can make up a card for portraits with the same header but different description underneath if you wish.

Check out my post at the bottom of:

"Ride Pics" does it for me, & it takes advantage of the "Rides" program on TLC, which a lot of car guys watch, so they can relate to it. Use it if you'd like.

If I was doing automobiles, especially hot rods and sports cars.

" High-Speed Photography"
It emphasises your automobile photography while giving you free reign to catch other stuff.

Works best if you have a 1DM2 though.

Just a thought

What's wrong with "Car Nut Who Takes Pro Car Photos?" (This can also serve as a name, if you decide you want something vaguely Native American, but without reference to buffalo, deer, bear, or swiftness.)

If it's too long, omit the "Pro Car" part.

yeah was reading that thread to as soon as i finished making this one.
I'm still not sure what it is doing over in the EOS forum :D

Jim
I'd like something like that but it's a bit simple and don't take up a lot of space

Longwatcher
that is a title for those that are track side. altho I've done that once it's not what I wish to do all the time.

12345Michael54321
I like the idea of letting them know that I love cars just as much as they do. But I don't want to fill the card up :D

Sure, but conk makes a good point. In the future you may wish to expand your range. This sort of design allows you to do it while maintaining your corporate image.
