Hi everyone,

The photo's I want printed look great on the screen and in print preview but when it get's printed it seems to have somehow magnified just that little bit bigger so that if I had a perfect portrait it seems to cut people's heads off :(

I use a Canon S45 for pictures and an Epson RX510 to print. This happens at home and photo kiosk's.

Any idea's as to how to fix this annoying problem??

Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers :(

The problem is most likely that the width to height ratio of the prints is not the same as the width to height ratio of the original photo. The photos from your S45 have a ratio of 4:3. If you print this at a size of 6x4 inches (ratio 3:2), a part of the photo will be cut off. You need to resize your photos, possibly adding a border, so that they fit on the paper.
