Do your digital photo prints come out decent? I've been pulling my hair over this one photo.

Took it of my parents with DRebel at iso 800 and when I printed it, the hair area kept showing these red, green dots. Is that noise? I figured it should print good with such a good camera. Or is the printer just crappy?

Yep, I've got one, sitting there gathering dust waiting for the next heavy vehicle wearing treads to cruise by. Cheap s**t, in hindsight.

ISO800 is at the start of getting noisy, so it could be partly noise, mostly the crappy printer driver/printer's inablility to handle color, plus HP paper wierdity. I wouldn't struggle with it, rather look for the next concrete truck, front-end loader or Cat D10 to drive by. Get a decent Canon or Epson.
