Hello,

Does any body know if there are color correcting filters available for the 580/580 II? How about any other color correcting alternatives for Canon flashes?

I saw these on B&H but they are for Nikon flashes. I wonder if there is something similar for Canon.

Thanks a bunch

When I'm at the pro shop, I just grab a couple of the filter samples that are given away for fee by Rosco or Lee. They are a perfect fit for the 580, and they give you one of everything they make in the kit. Not only can I use it on the 580 for corrections or effects, but I have a good reference for gels when purchasing gels for my studio strobes.

I have been looking for them too to fit the 580 without cutting, etc. Looked at the link above..I don't want a kit that may work. I'd like to buy the filter or gels one at a time as I need them. Don't guess Canon makes them
