Sorry to start a new topic, but a search showed no results.
My Elements 5.0 disk came last night, and I installed it with no problem at all.
However, it keeps asking me to register the product, but when I fill in the form and press "Next" it keeps failing with "an internet connection could not be found".
Now, I've checked firewall settings and so-on: even switched firewall off completely at one stage, but all to no avail.
So this morning I went onto Adobe's website and registered there instead - entering the product, serial number, everything.
I've had the confirmation email back from them, so I know it's gone through, but Elements STILL insists I register and STILL fails every time.
Anyone else had this?
