Books from WHCC

I am going to order a book from WHCC in the next few days and was wondering if anyone here could help me out. I know for sure that I want a black cover, but I can't decide whether I would like the leather or the cloth cover better. Does anyone have any opinions as to what y'all like better?

P.S: This is the first book I have ever ordered.

Well I've never ordered a book and certainly not from a great place like WHCC .. so it's hard to advise.

But in general leather tends to look more pricey and have a higher quality appeal. You didn't mention what the purpose of the book was.. that might help generate more replies if we can know what you'll be using it for.

I would just be using it to show around. I just started photography about a year ago and wanted something that shows what I've done in the last year.

I ordered one a couple of weeks ago! I really like it. I chose the leather cover. It is not the quality of something like Asuka, but hey - its less than half the price.

they look oversharpened here because of a quick resize...sorry - just wanted you to get an idea...its nice.

i just got the cloth cover and its nice. definitely fine if you are just showing around to family and friends. one caveat is that if dust or other stuff collects on it, its much harder to get off because it has all those little grooves in it. so there is the potential for it to start looking a little sloppy. but like i said, the quality is still very nice.

I was happy with the book I got from WHCC BUT...I didn't like how the first page is hidden by a two sided blank page. The last page is also the same.
