overexposed sky on the left, with same aperture, you can try slightly faster shutter speed to darken the sky, or correctly expose it.

and 2 objects in the shot are overlapping with each other, that make DOF narrowed down a lot, also with bright sky, you really can't tell.

I'd frame it slightly differently, just so both objects are in shot but slightly away from each other, that way, you won't have too much empty space on the right hand side
