I sized a pic to 80x80 pixels and compressed to under 8 KB...will not upload,
some help would be great

am i seeing things or does my avatar show a pic now,cuz when i tried to upload it said failed to upload file!!

Double check the image size. Sometimes, Photoshop will say it's optimised to 8K, but the final since comes out slightly larger. Just keep decreasing the optimise size until it goes down far enough.
