I like it but feel it would benefit greatly from a much tighter crop.

Just playing with it in the browser window helps if you get rid of the top area and up to the wrist joint at the bottom also a little off her right shoulder and up to the arm of her left.

Give it a go I think you will like what you see.

Meerkat has good suggestions. Might I add that if you mask her complexion and add a softfocus, it might help spruce up the shot. As it is I just find it a bit plain.
