When I edit my photos in PS I crop it to a resolution best for 8x10 printing. Is there an easy way to also print 4x6 prints without re-cropping it?

Sure. If you don't mind having a 4x5 print on a 4x6 piece of paper.
8x10 is 4:5
4x6 is 4:6
They are not the same proportion, so one or the other will need to be cropped or allowed to have some additional white area to match the proportions. If you crop immediately before you print, you will avoid this problem. Just don't save the cropped image after you print it.
