Forgive me father, for I have sinned....

Haven't had the camera out of the bag for over three weeks. Maybe I'm cured of Litus ;)

Hope everyone is well.

Cheers

I see he's from Worcestershire. Maybe he's been hitting the sauce.

Is there a 12-step program to re-addict photographers?

NO.....

You didn't just say that. Tell me you didn't.

I'd have responded sooner, but I just soaked my keyboard with iced tea.

iwatkins, I'm so glad that you brought this up.

Guys, I'm worried about myself. The "itch" for photography is slowly going down. I blame it on spending a lot of time on fora rather than actually taking photos. But not sure if that is the reason.

Has anybody experienced that before.

Please share your experiences and thoughts.

well, i guess most of us spend too much time on the forum. it's fun though, and i don't usually take pics at night anyway.

hey Ian, do you pronounce that town of yours "Woostah"? they do over here in the states.

Yes, pronouced "Woostah" but with a clipped English accent, usually with a cup of tea in hand. Posh here. :)

Phew! Glad to know I'm not the only one. I've been absent almost a month and was scaring myself. Come to think of it - dunno why I was so worried. Everyone knows addicts are sooo unpredictable.

Ian and Lazy... I've been wondering where you two have been... Glad to see you're both alive and well.

As to the ups and downs... With me it seems seasonal in my very short time with a camera. Winter sucks - dead trees and snow, snow and dead trees. But then spring comes along and it's great to get out and the birds come back and flowers grow and... Then summer hits, and it's too hot for me to go marching for mile, so I just shoot at the bird feeder. Then fall - migration, leaves turning, hurry take a bunch of shots before winter comes...

I may get kicked out of here for admitting this, but I usually only take my 10D out of the camera bag when I go on a trip, about once every month or so. Sometimes I'll find something to shoot locally, but that isn't very often.
