Hello,

I have recently ordered a sample asuka portfolio for my business. I designed and uploaded the file with no problems. However I never receieved a confirmation that asuka received my order, but they did charge my credit card for the book. I emailed their support, no response. I have even called the phone number on their website and that number immediately hangs up on me every time I dial it. I called the phone number given on my credit card statement which takes me to kubota (waiting on call back). I'm just curious has anyone had this type of situation with them?

Who are they?

BTW, their phones might be down for some reason.

If in doubt, have the transaction reversed by the credit card company; they'll call you if they're legit.
