I don't like # 2, I think it's because she is in white gown, so she blends in to th background (white doors), and the curtains have a green color. So my eyes keep drawn to the curtain.
I like # 3 the most, so classic.
She is really gorgeous.
Congratulations :)

Nice shots and gorgeous bride!!!!
#2 - her skin tone needs adjusting
7 & 8 - are a little underexposed

#2 the model looks red in anger! :p You may want to correct the skin tones.
#5 really needs some PP. It's blah!
#8 seems a bit dark.
Nice ideas, nice poses. You just need to fine tune your PP.

Thanks for the comments so far. I may need to check my monitor calibration at home as they do not look quite this dark viewing from there but here at work I see what mean and noticed it when I posted them that a couple do look a dark.
OK I just did a quick adjustment on pics 7 & 8 does this look any better. hard to tell since my work monitor is not calibrated

Thanks, She probably was. This was taken at the very end of a 2 1/2 hr shoot and I think she was tired and all smiled out ;)

Your daughter is very beautiful - have fun at the wedding!
I would like to see you shoot with a wider aperture (smaller f number) to make your gorgeous daughter pop a little more. In a lot of these, the busy backgrounds are distracting.

You're absolutely right, she's gorgeous.
I am just loving number 1. Very well done. The rest are nice too but I just really like 1.

I agree about her blending too much in #2, but overall I think you did a great job, Greg. Very beautiful daughter you have, and I love the location (assuming it's your home.) #4 would have to be my favorite. I'm never too excited about "angled" shots, but the angle is pretty subtle and the shot exudes elegance.

1. Nice, not sure about the arm. Good lighting.
2. Very red skin tones, again with the hands. Having something to hold would've helped I think.
3. Ok, little awquard.
4. Contrast needed. Not looking so comfortable.
5. Not liking the tilt or the expression.
6. I'd have stood straight on with the door. She looks uncomfortable too.7.
10. Again a bit uncomfortable.
Overall I wonder if she felt strange with her Dad taking her photos. Are you photographing the wedding? In her place i'm not sure i'd want my Dad to, but I guess it depends on your relationship.

It would seem to me that if the daughter and her father are close, he'd be THE person she'd want shooting the wedding. In number 4 I thought she looked really comfortable. Goes to show how differently so many sets of eyes can see things.

The first shot is amazingly beautiful. Number 5 is great as well

I'm glad Lloyd, Song, and Tim mentioned #1... it reassures me... since that is my pick as well. I'd love to see it in color.
Let me point out what I think is great about it.
1. The rim lighting! It gives the shot such a great sense of depth, and it seperates her from the background so nicely
2. The way the dress is displayed. Just perfect.
3. The bride of course... she's GORGEOUS!
What would I like to see improved... Maybe it's just that the image is so small, but her eyes aren't really lit up in the shot. I'd love to see a larger version of this which would give me a better sense of how the print will look. I'm all about judging the photos by the way they look PRINTED! I've given up pixel peeping for wedding photography, and I've become less frustrated because of it...hahaha.
Ok... so the rest of them... I like your black and whites, and for the most part the color photos too. But, I think the color in these has a bit of a flat feel to them. I'd like to see a little more pop from the colors. Especially with number 4 and 5. I do agree with some of Tim's critiques... like the tilt in #5, but I don't think it makes the photo a bad one. She does look a tad uncomfy in #10 too.
