Eerie! I love the mood, but they need some contrast. Are these film scans?

i think i would like a tighter crop on the church. it took me too long to see the shadow on the church, which is a major point of interest in the shot.

I like the first one, but I don't like the people shadows.

Nice idea if you did what I think you did. That's your shadow isn't it? You painted a picture so to speak. You used your flash to expose the building. NIce concept.

I like the first one too. I actually like the shadows and it gives the photo an eerie feeling. I would like to see the same shot without it too.

The first photo was painted with a flash. Taken last year in a photo class I took. The second photo was taken just at dusk.

Think I'd prefer a tighter crop too but it's all personal preference - great shots!

put me down as a third suggestion for a tighter crop. Too much dead space at the bottom.
