I was wondering if it's a good printer... for ditital prints obviously.

Is there a store with bulk supplies? Inks and papers?

Don't know what you are looking for Doc, but I would forget HP and look at Canon or Epson.

My guess is you're getting a deal on it (free maybe?). It's not a bad printer. I used the 932c two printers ago (before the Canon i9900 and i950). It does a respectable job, but is not quite the quality of almost any of the newer units. In fact, my brother-in-law is still using it as his every day printer.

I haven't tried to find alternate sources of consumables. I'm too lazy, so I just go to the local Office Depot.

...forgive my brutality. I've had the 800 and 900 series HPs, and though I thought they were pretty good at the time, if I look at those prints now there is a lot of gas fading, discolorations, brown blacks on the whole range of papers from glossy to plain.

The other annoyance is that you can't really use other than HP papers with HP printers and you can't really use HP papers on other printers. For the price it appears like a good deal, but the prints are consumer expendables. I think their printers are low priced, while their inks and papers are over priced to make their profit.

My experience.

ROFLMAO :D

This is the printer I have right now. I bought it 2 or 3 years ago. Got HP cause it was 20 bucks cheaper.

I like it quite a lot cause you can recharge the cartridges, but you usually get streaks in color if you do.

I used my 932 for a couple of years, then upgraded to the 7660. The 932 was gread for printing everyday stuff, wouldn't want to put my best stuff through it, biggest headache was trying to print 4x6's on 4x6 paper. Comes out crooked every time.
