IXUS i zoom batt problem

My IXUS i Zoom says change battery pack on the lcd even if it's fully charge. What I can do about it? It just turned 1 year and 2 months, unfortunately I only got 1 year warranty for this. BTW if I take out the battery and put it back in, it will turn on and I can use it. have any body here encountered the same problem? What did you do?

It seems that the problem is about your battery. Have you tried to put another batteries into your camera?

No I haven't tried, maybe I'll just try to bring to the store i bought it from and have it checked. Thanks anyway.

Sounds like you might just have dirty battery contacts. Try polishing them lightly with a clean cloth or a soft eraser.
