nice pics, i like the saturated look w/ these (not sure if that was intentional or not).

it must be hard trying to come up w/ different things for a band you shoot so often, but this is a good set, and #2 is a good capture.

I like #7.
I do see a bit of a greenish tint on a few images. I'ld try to get rid of that.

thanks. i have been going for an almost overly saturation and contrast lately. it's kind of hard shooting this band so much and i bitch about only getting 3 songs from the pit, as there are so many other angles out there. but knowing the music and so well is def an advantage. i saw the setlist before they took the stage and knew about how much time i was going to have and what players were going to be stepping up.

thanks rené. i did have some issues with the greens. setting the w/b more of a challenge i will go back and play with it.

I have been watching your threads because you shoot this act a lot. I am going to be in the same boat for awhile and just wanted to let you know that I have been taking notes. Good to see some different angles to keep it interesting. Alas, I will be shooting from far away...at least for now. I am hoping it will loosen up a bit in the future.

thank you! i'm sure you will do great with the boss! i look forward to seeing what you come out with.

echo is looking like a no go. i was in contact with one of the promoters who showed interest at first, but i have not heard back. i am sure i could like up credentials otherwise, but don't really feel like doing this one pro bono. the big kicker is it is the weekend before my wedding, so i am sure i will have lots of other stuff going on. it looks like a great line up and i would love to shoot the whole festival, but the timing just isn't right. but i may make it out there for a couple of sets.
