View Full Version : very cooperative Green Heron

I was getting ready to shoot a GBH across the water when this Green Heron landed right by me... :D

Using my 70-200mm f/4L IS with a borrowed 1.4x extender, this Green Heron let me shoot his right side first. Then I was able to take a couple steps closer and get the left side... :cool::cool::cool:

Very nice shots of this little heron. We had lots of them here this summer and they didn't seem to be all that shy.
