Hi
I bought my camera on ebay. When I got it none of the functions on the back nor the zoom worked. He gave me back my money and let me keep the camera. Its still a good deal as it take great pics. Does anyone know what the problem may be? The switch for camera or view works, the spin dial on top works, none of the function, menu, function set or joystick works. The toggle on top for zoom does not work. Any ideas? I contacted Canon and they want $99 just to fix it with no parts included.
