Spotted my first Preying Mantis while on holiday in Spain. I didn't have my macro lens with me so I shot this with a Sony T9 P&S in macro mode.

Thanks for the kind comments, I was surprised how well the Sony T9 did.
He was very obliging as the working distance was less than an inch.
