I find this to be a great idea and very original. But i also find it to be dizzying. What you have to do is find something that would look really nice reflected. But i really love this idea.
second one is cool. Looks like a hole in the ceiling or something. Very trippy. cool.

I absolutely love them... looks like the sidewalk is cut away and there's another city underneath. Very nice, very original!

Damn, that reversed one is a fun angle! How does it look when you flip it horizontally so that the Hotel is the right way around?
I like both, mind you.

Cool! I would flip it so you can read Hotel.

I love the original, just minus the bright Yellow HOTEL and the guy. I would be curious to see it in a B&W. The only other things is there are some pretty sharp unnatural edges. Love the concept though.

I like the first one better. I'm not very into flipping reflections.

Excellent capture, reflections really adds an interesting twist to street photography. I like the inclusion of the human element here. Welcome to the forum!

You're right. It looks worse. To th OP: I like the second one better than the first, because it is way more intriguing.

This is actually a VERY neat shot, I really love it - the colors are vivid and crisp, and it's just busy enough to make you look everywhere without feeling cluttered. Good job! Impressive eye!

I love the shot. Especially flipped. Adds sort of surrealism to the shot. Nice job! Submit this photo for the POTN Book Volume 2.

I also have an issue with flipping reflections but you still got the soul of the cityscape in that picture ... awesome!
