Actually, he's stuffing his face. What happened was that someone brought birdseed in the little packet and was feeding the birds, but this crafty cockatoo managed to steal the ENTIRE packet from him with one quick snatch before flying up into the tree to eat it.

I'm not sure if the grab itself caused the bag to fall or whether the first bird released it - the bag was already empty by this time. Even funnier is that the first bird started cawing at the other and it sounded like "HAW, HAW, HAW" - almost as if he was mocking the second bird for failing to relieve him of his prize before he'd eaten it all.
