Well heres 1 shot from this weekends soccer match. The team i coach is in red, i only got around to editing 1 shot tonight so let me know what you think :)
BTW i hate the way my uploaded photos always look pixalated...i dunno what im doing wrong in the compression

good capture. I like the action and the shutter speed that was used. however, when i look at the photo my first impression is "too much sun". i've been taking a lot of outdoor shots lately of my son's soccer team and have been fighting with the same thing - the white almost appears to "burn out" the rest of the image (see to the left and above the name of the team on the white jersey). there have been two items I've changed to help get the best image. first, i started using my circular polarizer during these high noon/afternoon times, it has mellowed out the burn out and reduced the contrast between the shadow and lighting of the subjects face. second, I've started positioning myself between the sun and subject as best as possible. here's an example where i did both and thought I got a good result.

I like the vibrant colors but it is too overexposed, imo.

Yes it is over exposed but can be fixed easily in PS.

overexposed yes...but if only you allowed photo edits to be shown ;)

Allowing edits or not; still overexposed. If OP allows, then we can show the proper exposure edit;)
