I know this lens can be used with a Sigma 1.4 TC if the lens is locked at 100mm. Does anyone know if I could use Canon 1.4 TC if the lens is locked at 100mm. I already own a Canon 1.4 TC.

Yep :)

But with either T-con the lens will not Autofocus.
