Great pics, I had intended to be there today but turned round when I didnt leave home early enough. Were there many people? what was the action like?

Can only say on Saturday it was amazing !, a vast range of cars on the course, and not too busy at all spectator wise, from what I heard don't think it had been that well advertised.

Hope it's held again next year. guess it's abit like the northern version of the Goodwood festival of speed.

Thanks for that,kicking myself got up at 6.15am to get there for 8.00am thinking it would be busy! Switched on the radio whilst making a cup of tea, heard that the Japanese GP was wet and interesting. Got stuck in front of telly till 7.45, going through Burton at 8.00am saw a nice shot of the washlands thought I would be caught in loads of traffic at Chatsworth so aborted to take pictures of wildlife!
All animals saw me coming and ran off, spent the rest of the day with family.
Doh!!!
Ah well earned some hero points.
