-16 ft. ceilings.
-floor to ceiling windows.
-new kitchen.
-washer/dryer
-large bedrooms
-office spaces
-plenty of storage.
-cable internet (with wireless) and TV equipped.
-freight elevator.
-street parking
-quiet neighborhood
-south loop location (Michigan Ave. and 23rd st.)
-outstanding place to have parties and events!
-rent+utilities= $1,025
hmmm.......what more can I say?
oh yeah.......very cool roommate! ;o)
I would like to fill the space with, obviously, someone cool, but also professional and responsible.
also would like to, but not required, seek out someone that can also use the work space, i.e.- another photographer.
I do not want to leave the space, but not sure if I can float the whole rent. That's why I NEED to fill the space.
So if you or if you know ANYONE that would be interested, please contact me ASAP!
