Okay, I am having a very bizarre problem, hoping someone has some insight. When I use zoom browser to download photos from my power shot G3, it can automatically rotate the verticals so they stay vertical on the computer. Great feature.

I am running Win Xp iHome n a multiuser setup. From the user login where I download, everything works fine. I download to a subfolder of Shared Documents in WIn XP. But here's the weird thing, if I log in as another user, even though I have access to that folder, and can see all the unrotated shots just fine, I am unable to open or view the rotated files! But only from the other logins - from the same login I used to download, they are fine, they are clearly there and in good shape!

I don't get it - any suggestions? I'm guessing that in the process of rotating them and modifying them, something odd is happening with permissions in WIn XP, but I don't know what.

Thanks,
michael Jasper

Can't help .. I only use my name .. and check the odd cam settings in Zoombrowser .. then move over to PS for processing.

I never have a prob .. EXCEPT .. sometimes my son's CD writer may mess up.. if so I have to open files via MY COMPUTER rather than via PS.

I would guess the other users only have read permissions in the directory where you have the photos, and that Zoombrowser tries to write something when it rotates the image.
