Where do you use to host your photos so you can post them on here for our pleasure or critques?

Own server, most flexible.

But I do have a pbase (www.pbase.com) account.

Does pbase allow you to post the pictures or just links? I own a pbase account too and it seems impossible to post the actually picture. I might be an idiot when it comes to this but your input would be appreciated.

No You are not an idiot

The free PBase account does not allow direct linking. You have to buy extra space to get the option to do direct linking like this one:

The link should look like this:

Where do you find the web address for the picture on pbase? Do you have to right click, and select properties? Here is a link to some of my photos.

http://www.pbase.com/nekard/photos

How would I post the first one?

Right click on the photo and slect copy shortcut then paste it here and add .jpg in the end then put it into an IMG tag like this

[img]http://www.pbase.com/image/20920717.jpg[/img]

I'll just use the small one as an example

Your welcome, one advice though. You may have noticed this by now but for embedding it will be best if You use the medium size and just post the link without the IMG tag if You want users to be able to see the big size of Your photos.

There are 2 reasons, one is it takes some time to download the big sizes the other is that this forum will force the size down to 800 pixels at the longest edge and that might not give a good result on Your phot.
