Shipping question- weight of 30D package?

Long story short, my package got shipped to the wrong place. The guy is willing to ship it back to me (whew!) but needs a shipping label sent to him. Thing is, I have no idea how big the box is or how much it weighs. Don't want to ask him.

So, does anyone know what a loaded 30D box inside another box weighs? Roughly?

btw, I was guessing probably about 6lbs.

Camera itself weighs 1.5 lbs, plus another 4 lbs total for both boxes, then packing material.

To be on the conservative side, I'd say 7 lbs total.

agreed 7-8 pounds. UPS isn't gonna bone you on a couple pounds, the only time they get weighed is when the label is made and since you're making the label it doesn't matter much.

I just said 7lbs and a 14" cube. Should be less than that.
