Was it my imagination.... I was looking at prices of 10D's on the web and they have suddenly dipped under £1,000 - Does this mean the inevitable is coming at Photokina

No this just means that these people are selling either :
1) stolen goods ...
2) fake's ...
The normal price for a 10D should over 1,000 US $
The lowest price I have found here in Europe (close to where I live) is 1399€ at www.top-foto.de also keeping in mind that the US $ is worth less than the € ... I wouldn't trust people who sell 10D's for less than 1,000 US $. This means that something is seriously wrong ...

I guess I read the article to fast ... I saw $ instead of £ ...
In that case, it could be that the price goes just below £ 1,000.
