Part of being a sports photographer is having a fabulous collection of ref rear-end images. The key is to get some from all your favorite sports - football, baseball, basketball, hockey, etc., etc.

When I saw the original thread, all I could think of is "my ref/ump shots get deleted in camera, or at least during my first scrub, so I don't even HAVE any to post"

I usually delete mine but someone started a thread with this theme and I thought the next time I remember I would keep a few and contribute to the thread.
I tried looking for it before I started my own but couldn't find it.

Yeah I'm pretty sure some refs do it on purpose in all sports. I don't really understand their motivation. . .

It's because they want to get in the picture too, you get in a good shot who knows you might show up on ESPN one day.
