Sunrise at Bryce Canyon National Park. I just got back from a week in Southern Utah. I spent a couple of days at Bryce which is definitely a sunrise park.
On my first morning there was a great sunrise but no clouds. On my last morning there it rained the night before and throughout the morning but I was rewarded with clouds and a magical "light show."

Beautiful, Sam. Too bad about the flares in # 2, but it's still nice.

Fantastic photos! Beautiful! Where did you take them? I will be up that way in a few weeks and I've read that Bryce Point is a great sunrise spot.

These were taken at Sunset Point (don't let the name fool you this is best place to watch the sunrise along with Bryce Point).
Cheers,
Sam

Great pics! Was going to go last month, but ended up on the Oregon coast. When were you there and what were the temps?

I was there last month and the temperatures were about 70 degrees during the day and about 40 degrees at night.

I prefer the first one. But it seems you couldn't decide between including more sky or more foreground. Both are interesting but I'd like to see the horizon moved up or down. I'd probably go for more sky in this case.
That said, I don't think Bryce is the best place for sunset/sunrise shots because at sunset you're going to lose a lot of detail in the foreground, and the 'foreground' at Bryce is of course what makes it so special. So here the hoodoos are mostly lost in the darkness. Perhaps blending exposures would help?
