Mini Cooper Model Car, C+C please

Got bored today so I shot this model car i've had for a while, messed with some desaturizing after seeing the Blind Street Guitarist thread.

really intriguing looking shot, I would have tried to get a hint of light on the passanger side. But really well done.

Im not very good at deciding where to put my light to get good shadows, so this was kind of practice for that... but i have very limited equipment. I just took my fathers reading lamp and used that for lighting w/ no flash at all, so im surprised it turned out that well at all. Thanks though!

yeah thats cool, i think the most rewarding shots are the ones where you are limited so kudos on that, i think it would have been cool to take some eye level shots as well, in addtion to these but I think the slightly high angle worked well for you. I really like the muted blue tone of the car.

Aren't they pretty much this small in real life too? ;)

I like #1 but with there was more space to the left for the car to 'drive' into.
